Or at least, until next week. :( *looks at calendar and realizes that departure is drawing ever-closer* When can I see you all, friends? Friday, sat, sun, mon, tues, I'll still be here.
In other news: the one the title "oh shit" is for.
Dad dropped a little bombshell on the table tonight at dinner. Apparently, my cousin Lorraine, who'd been talking to me about going abroad, has left with her mum for Sydney University and informed her dad (who was opposed to the whole thing, even though he kept telling us it was "fine with him" if she wanted to go)only *today.* Ouch. ouch ouch ouch. Got small hints that communication problems may have been there, but *jeez.*
So have two people to worry about when I get back. My younger brother, who should be easy to care for since we're in the same dorm, and my younger cousin who will *not* be so easy, since she's wwaaaaaaaay over there in Sydney. >.< And she's the one I'm more worried about now.
So yes, Ducky worried to death over little duckies. *shuffle shuffle shuffle*
