What the Hell?!
May. 25th, 2004 01:14 pmI want to know why, for what seemed like a full hour or so, people found it necessary to drive down Royal Parade, past our college, blare their horns and SCREAM.
No, I do not care that their soccer team won. Nor do I or two hundred or so stressed and sleep-deprived residents in Scheps and Wadham appreciate being honked and Woo-hooed at in full operatic volume.
